4. Jacinto Bonilla
Jacinto Bonilla is a senior athlete who has been doing CrossFit since 2006. Prior to this date, Bonilla had no athletic background. At 77 years old, he continues to compete in the CrossFit sport. He even has a CrossFit product named after him: the Jacinto Storm. To stay in great shape, Bonilla commits to at least one workout per day.
5. Paul Tetrick
Tetrick is an 85-year-old cyclist who loves the trails. He has won many USA cycling titles and a host of races across the globe. When he was younger, Tetrick had bad knees that prevented him from running. Instead of giving up, he began riding his bicycle. He continues to train throughout the week, a couple of hours per day.
